字生于墨，墨生于水，水墨蓄于笔头副毫之内，运笔时驻之提之捺动，水墨即下锋入纸，写来润泽，就有血感；所谓气全在于书写得心应手，笔笔意连；运笔时按而铺毫，就有肉感；提而后行，就有骨感。
